Sign Up Process:

• Complete the personal details form, including PAN and Aadhar number, mobile number, and email address.
• Pay a non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 590 (including 18% GST).

• Provide bank details for transaction purposes.

Lending Amount Limits:

Upon registration, lenders can begin lending amounts up to Rs. 50,000 without incurring additional fees. The maximum lending amount per individual borrower is also capped at Rs. 50,000. Overall lending limits across all P2P platforms are set at Rs. 50 Lakhs.

Lending Process:

1. Create a Lender Account: Lenders need to fill out the registration form online or via the app.
2. Transfer Funds to Escrow Account: Lenders must transfer funds into a non-interest-bearing escrow account using their preferred method (NEFT, RTGS, IMPS) from an Indian bank or through payment gateways such as Paytm or PhonePe (gateway charges may apply).
3. Set Auto Lending: Lenders can define auto lending preferences for efficient fund deployment.
4. Lending manually is also possible; lenders can browse the 'Active Borrowers List' and review each profile based on their lending conditions.
5. Select Borrowers: Lenders choose borrowers according to their risk appetite by committing funds through the "lend Now" feature.

Repayments and Monthly Cash Flow:

Monthly repayments or EMIs are automatically deducted from borrowers' bank accounts and routed to i2iFunding’s Repayment Escrow Account via NACH mandate. The total collected amount is subsequently forwarded to the respective lenders' bank accounts.
